Shipping policy

Home Basket Bali ships orders from our physical store located at Jl. Persada No. 99X, Kerobokan Kelod, Bali, Indonesia. We ship to destinations within Indonesia and internationally.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Domestic (Indonesia): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • International: Estimated delivery within 14-30 business days. More precise delivery timeframes are provided during the checkout process.
  • FREE In-Store Pickup: Available at our Bali store location.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • Domestic (Indonesia): We utilize all available Indonesian carriers to ensure efficient delivery.
  • International: We partner with reputable international carriers, including DHL and Sea Freight cargo services, to provide reliable global shipping.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free Local Delivery: Orders exceeding IDR 3,000,000 and destined within a 15km radius of our store qualify for free shipping.
  • Domestic (Indonesia) Shipping (Outside Free Delivery Zone): Shipping costs are calculated manually based on the item type, size, weight, and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
  • International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated manually based on the selected carrier (DHL or Sea Freight), item characteristics, and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/whatsapp containing tracking information.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking numbers, when provided by the carrier, will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Home Basket Bali's responsibility for the package ends upon handover to the selected shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection. Shipping insurance is available upon request; please contact us to arrange this before placing your order.

In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
